The KUHN POWER DENSITY system, a simple feeder fork design, proves that a well-designed active pre-chamber filling system does not have to be complicated. This pre-chamber system ensures continuous feeding of crop layers, which ensures compact, regular-cornered bales regardless of the quality of the bale. The single feeder fork combines two features in a single mechanism: the elimination of unnecessary components and complexity, and low maintenance costs.
How does it work?
1. The INTEGRAL ROTOR actively feeds the crop into the pre-chamber.
2. The feeder fork actively fills the pre-chamber.
3. The single-acting feeder fork continuously shapes the crop profile until the measuring plate (red) is pressed back against a set pressure.
4. As soon as the measuring plate is pressed back, this activates the second function of the feeder fork system. The fork makes a different movement, which empties the pre-chamber and pushes the perfectly pre-formed crop section into the bale chamber.

Hogyan működik?
1. Az INTEGRAL ROTOR aktív módon juttatja be a terményt az előkamrába.
2. A beadagolóvilla az előkamra aktív feltöltését végzi.
3. Az egyszeres működésű beadagolóvilla folyamatosan alakítja a terményszelvényt, egészen addig, amíg mérőlemez (piros) vissza nem nyomódik egy beállított nyomás ellenében.
4. Amint a mérőlemez visszanyomódik, ez aktiválja a beadagolóvilla-rendszer második funkcióját. A villa eltérő mozgást végez, ami kiüríti az előkamrát, és a betolja a tökéletesen előformázott terményszelvényt a bálakamrába.
