An automatic soil supply / cut-off system and an unique paddle wheel prevents any deformation of the soil structure.
The capacity of the Javo Super Mega potting machine is stepless controlled from 600 up to 3,000 pots per hour.
The soil bin of 1.5-cubic yards is accessible from 3 sides and equipped with a soil conveyor belt. With adjustable steps, this belt supplies the paddle wheel. The soil bin can be filled with i.a. a front loader, forklift or box tipper.

Die Javo Super Mega Topfmaschine ist eine solide Universalmaschine, verwendbar für alle Substrate. Der Einsatz eines universellen Erdfördersystems macht diese Maschine technisch unerreicht und benutzerfreundlich.
Die Javo Super Mega bietet zusätzlich 650 mm Arbeitsplatz mehr an der Topfbahn. Das macht sie ideal für große und hohe Töpfe. Ein automatisches Erdbefüllungssystem und ein universelles Schaufelrad ermöglichen es jedes Substrat zu verarbeiten.
Die Leistung der Standard Javo Super kann stufenlos zwischen 600 bis 3.000 Töpfe/h (Einzeltopfausstattung) verstellt werden.
Der Erdbunker von 1.2 m3 ist von 3 Seiten zugänglich und ausgestattet mit einem Erdförderband. In verstellbaren Schritten versorgt dieses Förderband das Schaufelrad. Der Erdbunker kann befüllt werden mit zB. mit einem Gabelstapler, Frontlader oder Kistenkipper.

De Javo Super Mega potmachine is een solide universele machine en geschikt voor elk grondtype. Door toepassing van een uniek grondopvoersysteem is deze potmachine technisch ongeëvenaard, en vriendelijk in gebruik. Dit zorgt voor een hoge mate van bedrijfszekerheid.
De "Mega" biedt een extra royale werkruimte, waardoor deze ideaal te gebruiken is voor grote en hoge potten. Een automatische grondtoevoer regeling en een uniek schoepenrad zorgen voor het behoud van de grondstructuur.
De grondvoorraadbunker, met een grootte van 1,2m³, is van drie zijden bereikbaar en is voorzien van een grondband. Deze voert de grond met regelbare stappen naar het schoepenrad. De grondvoorraadbak kan gevuld worden door middel van o.a. een frontlader, heftruck of kistenkantelaar.
